  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, we are licensed brokers with the state of Ohio and proud members of NARPM.org
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    While our Client Relation Managers work normal business hours there is always a member of management available for emergency issues outside of those hours.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we initiate a direct deposit of rental proceeds on the 16th of the month, funds hit within about 3 business days.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    The lease is written in your name and we sign it as your agent. Once it is signed, a copy is uploaded and always available on your Owner Portal.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes, we have an entire team of agents, most specializing in investment real estate.
  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    Many local communities have laws that prohibit excluding subsidized housing. We abide by all federal, state and local laws.
  • How is rent collection handled?

  • How is rent collection handled?

    Residents are encouraged to pay online through a checking or savings accounts. They may also pay in person at certain retailers or drop off/mail a check or money order.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    The norm for our area is 1 year. Shortly before expiration, we encourage residents to renew for a subsequent year long term.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    If all requested information is provided, we can set up an account in as little as 24 hours.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Single families, 2-4 families and small apartment buildings are our specialty. We also service several condo associations and larger buildings.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    The monthly report is generated on the 16th of the month. There are also real time reports in your Owner Portal regarding rent collection and rent rolls.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    Security deposits are held in our Trust Account on your behalf.
